An 85-year-old man who went missing early Tuesday morning was found by a neighbor at a 7-Eleven on Golden Road, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said.
Jefferson Isom, who suffers from dementia, is believed to have left his home between 3 and 5 a.m. near is home in Golden.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Jenny Fulton said he was missing for about 12 hours.
Isom, who lives at home with family in Golden, didn’t suffer any injuries during his time missing.
