WASHINGTON — The U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee the nomination of Colorado Supreme Court Justice Allison Eid for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
President Donald Trump in June to take the place of Justice Neil Gorsuch, who joined the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this year.
Both Eid and Gorsuch were floated last year by Trump as possible Supreme Court picks.
U.S. Sen. Cory Gardner, R-Colo., is expected to introduce Eid.
