Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas spent his day off from football playing tag and four-square.
Thomas joined dozens of volunteers from CarMax and Playworks Colorado at Maxwell Elementary School in Denver on Tuesday for an hour of recess with first- and third-grade students.
“For some reason it just puts me in an amazing spot,” Thomas said. “I’ll be smiling all the time, having a lot of fun. I just feel like a kid when I come out with them.”
