Police arrest Christopher Ehlebracht near 55th Street and Flatirons Parkway in east Boulder in 2016.A Boulder sex offender has been sentenced to 20 years in prison followed by at least 10 years of probation after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a teenage girl in 2016.
Christopher Ehlebracht, 30, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and sex assault on a child, according to Boulder Deputy District Attorney Tim Johnson, the prosecutor on the case.
Ehlebracht will serve 20 years in prison on the first-degree assault charge, a Class 3 extraordinary risk felony. Once he is released, he will serve a 10-year probation sentence on the sex assault charge.
