A burglar rammed a stolen vehicle into an ATM at a Colorado Springs credit union, destroying the machine, but failing to get any cash, police say.

The crash happened on the 4700 block of Flintridge Drive at 4:17 a.m. Wednesday, according to a report by officers in the Stetson Hills Division of the Colorado Springs Police Department.

The thief abandoned the damaged vehicle.

at a variety of different businesses including convenience, gun and liquor stores from Colorado Springs to Northern Colorado.
