Less than a year after , accounting firm Xero said it is moving again. This time, it’s locating in Denver, reserving the top-floor of the still-under-construction Circa Building on Platte Street.

Xero looked at its growth plans and realized it will outgrow its existing office in the Denver Tech Center next year. The company, which currently employs 130 people in Denver, expects to double its workforce in the next two to three years.

It signed a 10-year lease for the 30,000-square foot top floor of the building, located at 1615 Platte Street. The company plans to move in July 2018.

The company, which has its global headquarters in New Zealand, has 1,800 employees around the world.
