Colorado Springs service dog company accused of scamming customers surrenders its license

Customers said the dogs were not trained properly, growling at doctors and urinating on the floor

Noelle’s Dogs Four Hope, a Colorado Springs-based service dog provider, surrendered its license after , sparking a Colorado Department of Agriculture investigation.

Noelle’s and its owner Tina Lynn Rivero entered into a stipulated agreement with the agriculture department’s Pet Animal Care Facilities Act program that was finalized Tuesday.

Some of the clients who bought Noelle’s dogs said the animals were not trained properly. One woman recounted a story of a dog urinating when a nurse arrived and growling at doctors.
