ᲹԳ.Officers were dispatched Oct. 1 to the 900 block of 102nd Place, Northglenn. A man and two women were inside the residence when someone began pounding on the doors and windows, according to police reports. The side-view mirrors and passenger windows on two vehicles parked outside belonging to the group were damaged. Police determined that one woman’s boyfriend may have caused the disturbance. He was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief and domestic violence.
Coveted Corvette. Officers were dispatched Sept. 27 to the 11000 block of Melody Drive, Northglenn. A man observed damage to his garage door track and told police he thought someone had tried to pry open the garage door. The man owns a classic Corvette and told police he believed someone wanted to steal it. He estimated $100 damage to the garage door, according to a police report.
Spray paint damage. Officers were dispatched Sept. 5 to the 3600 block of 88th Avenue, Thornton. Black paint had been sprayed on the hood, front bumper and headlights of a woman’s car, according to a police report. Paint also was sprayed on the siding of the woman’s home. She estimated the damage at about $1,000, and told police she could not identify any suspects.
Double vandalism. Officers received a call Sept. 27 from a residence on the 10000 block of Huron Street, Northglenn. A woman told officers the tires on her son’s vehicle were slashed overnight, according to police reports. She said it was the second time the car had been vandalized in a month. She talked to officers about possible suspects.
