A juvenile was kept inside a home in Elbert County for two weeks in September, given booze and methamphetamine by two men and a woman and was repeatedly sexually assaulted by one of the men, according to the county sheriff’s office.

Cain Kelman, 46, Deanna Weber, 47, and Ricky Taggart, 62, face an array of charges after they allegedly brought the minor to a home at 4881 Colorado 86 in unincorporated Elizabeth. The three were arrested on Sept. 27 after Elbert County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at the house.

The juvenile was given alcohol, meth and sexually assaulted by Kelman multiple times,  the sheriff’s office said in a news release.

Arrest affidavits in the case have been sealed.

All three suspects have since posted bond and are scheduled for court appearances over the next two months.
