The Greeley for a Stronger Economy independent expenditure committee, which lists a Denver address on its disclosure paperwork with the city, has disclosed just one round of spending: $5,000 on website and digital advertising urging people to vote for Greeley City Council Ward 2 candidate Brett Payton.
