U.S. Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch’s home and horse property in Niwot is under contract for an undisclosed amount, according to real estate records.
. The price was reduced to $1.63 million in September, according to real estate listing service Zillow.
It was placed under contract this weekend.
The news was first reported by the Wall Street Journal’s Mansion Global.
The 5,983-square-foot home has a heated pool, media room, home gym, billiards room and three-stall barn with attached paddock. It was described as a “horse lover’s paradise” and is adjacent to a 71-acre equestrian center.
