Ultreia, the new restaurant from chef Jennifer Jasinski (Rioja, Stoic & Genuine), should be famous for its fantastic Spanish- and Portuguese-inspired tapas menu, but it will probably be .

The ham savvy will definitely want to try the Jamon Trio ($20.40), with slices of Fermin Jamon Serrano, Mangalica and, the granddaddy of ham, Cinco Jotas Jamon Iberico de Bellota.

An Andrew Jackson for a plate of the world’s best porky membrane seems like a steal.
