The discovery of a body of a 57-year-old woman inside her Aurora home is being investigated as a homicide.
About 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to an apartment at 165 S. Sable Blvd. on a welfare check, according to a news release.
The body of Dana Sems was found by officers. She died of “multiple inflicted injuries,” according to the Arapahoe County coroner’s office. Her death is being investigated as a homicide, police said.
