
Loveland police arrested three men on suspicion of first-degree kidnapping Tuesday evening after they allegedly tried to remove a woman from her car with force at the Loveland outlet stores.
Fort Collins residents David MacGranaky-Quaye, 22, and Amanuel Hagos, 20, along with Denver resident Devian Leal, 18, were taken into custody around 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of Southwest Frontage Road, which runs alongside Interstate 25, according to arrest documents.
Three of the men apprehended — Amanual G. Hagos, David A. MacGranky-Quaye and Devian D. Leal — face charges of first-degree kidnapping.
Hagos also faces charges of menacing with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, DUI, a restraining order violation, vehicular eluding, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, driving with a revoked license, misuse of plants.
Leal also faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and a restraining order violation.
