Operations at Denver International Airport have largely recovered following Sunday’s winter storm, with only a handful of flight cancellations announced Monday, officials say.
There have been only a dozen delayed flights and a dozen canceled flights Monday, said Heath Montgomery, DIA spokesman.
Some of the cancellations are due to stormy weather east of Denver, Montgomery said.
On Sunday, 210 flights were canceled because of the storm. That’s about 15 percent of the total flights on Sunday, Montgomery said.
