With the offseason in full swing, free-agent catcher Jonathan Lucroy has been showing off his training regiment with a variety of videos on Twitter.
Lucroy, who played 46 games with the Rockies last season, sent clips of himself doing a number of exercises on a balance board. Here’s a look:
