figures to be the marquee attraction in coverage of the PyeongChang Olympics by NBC Sports networks next month, and the buildup starts when NBCSN presents a 60-minute documentary Monday at 9 p.m.

A camera team from Red Bull Media House caught up with Shiffrin in Paris, Chile, Utah and elsewhere in the production of “Mikaela Shiffrin: Peak Season.” It also will show her with boyfriend Mathieu Faivre, a French giant slalom racer.

Shiffrrin, 22, won the World Cup overall title last season and has a huge lead in the overall standings this season. She will favored to claim multiple medals in PyeongChang, although she and her team have not decided yet if she will ski all five events.
