Wild Zora Foods, a Loveland-based maker of meat-and-vegetable bars, has acquired Paleo Meals To Go, another specialty-food company founded in Loveland.
Wild Zora makes its snack bars in a facility in downtown Loveland and will bring the manufacturing of Paleo Meals To Go products into the same location, according to a statement released Tuesday.
Paleo Meals To Go makes backpacker-friendly freeze-dried meals such as Bedrock Beef Chili, Caldera Chicken Curry and Cliffside Coconut Berry, a breakfast item. Its products now appear on the Wild Zora website.
Wild Zora was founded in Loveland in 2014 by Fort Collins residents Zora and Josh Tabin, who came up with the grain-free, no-sugar-added bars when looking for healthful and tasty snacks for their children. The bars, such as Curry Masala Turkey with Spinach, Dates & Cardamom, are available on their website, Amazon.com and at some retailers nationwide.
Wild Zora will sell Paleo Meals through the same channels, the release said.
