When coaches talk about wanting their athletes to peak at just the right time, they point to Ferreira. After four years on the U.S. Ski Team, the 23-year-old Aspen native has found his groove, stomping his best tricks in the grueling ramp up to PyeongChang, where he joins his longtime pal Torin Yater Wallace on the three-quarters-Coloradan U.S. Olympic halfpipe team.
