Arvada residents got a jump on Valentine’s Day during the city’s annual chocolate-tasting event, A Chocolate Affair, on Feb. 3, 2018. Proceeds benefit The Ralston House, an agency that assists children and youths who may have been sexually, physically or emotionally abused.
