Sen. Cory Gardner’s feud with U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions is childish and unprofessional. Marijuana is illegal under federal law. The attorney general is correct to enforce the laws, and it is the law that Gardner should focus on. Gardner should sponsor legislation to legalize marijuana once and for all. However, given his childish stance, he provides another glaring example of congressional dysfunction.
