Local drug enforcement agents and officers from the North Metro and West Metro Drug Task Forces are conducting search warrants throughout metro Denver Thursday morning.
The warrants are part of an ongoing investigation for violations of federal and state law, Randy Ladd, special agent at the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Denver Division, said, declining to give more details.
One or more search warrants was executed in Firestone, Ladd said, that placed Imagine Charter School in Firestone on lockout due to police activity Thursday morning. The lockout has since been lifted.
