A driver faces charges of vehicular homicide after a crash between a pickup truck and a semi-truck overnight at eastbound Interstate 70 and Interstate 25.
The wreck, which caused the semi to catch on fire, shut down I-70 in both directions for several hours Sunday morning.
The driver of the semi was killed and the pickup truck driver fled the scene. He was arrested in Denver, according to a Denver Police Department tweet.
Police have not yet released the name of either driver. Eastbound I-70 reopened shortly before 3:30 p.m.
