
The following is results from the Class 2A and 1A boys and girls state championships from the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland.
Class 1A girls — Kit Carson 63, Kim/Branson 39: The Wildcats (25-0) used a game-high 25 points from junior center Olivia Isenbart to cruise to its while the Mustangs (21-4) were paced by senior Joni Brown’s 13 points.
Class 1A boys — Peetz 51, South Baca 44: In a tightly contested game from start to finish, the Bulldogs (25-1) beat the Patriots (21-5) to capture their behind the sharpshooting and leadership of senior guard Logan Sircy.
Class 2A girls — Yuma 45, Clear Creek 23: The Indians (27-0) put the finishing touches on thanks to junior center Chasey Blach (17 points) and junior guard Cody Robinson (16) to blaze past the Golddiggers (24-3).
