Construction work on a Denver bridge this weekend will disrupt RTD commuter rail service on the University of Colorado A-Line.
The 48-hour disruption will start at about 3 a.m. Saturday, with work wrapping up about 3 a.m. Monday, according to RTD. Train riders should plan for about an hour of additional travel time between Union Station and Denver Airport Station.
The bridge-widening project will force A-Line power to shut down for the safety of work crews. No rail service will be offered at any of the A-Line stations, bus shuttles will serve passengers in its place.
Bus are available on RTD’s website.
