Need coffee? Send the rookie.
The Rockies on Wednesday sent rookie outfielder Noel Cuevas — in full uniform — on a coffee run in Wrigleyville. Then they posted photos of it on their official Twitter account.
The grand total came to $111.55. No word on whether today was a Double Star day at Starbucks.

The extra jolt of caffeine seemed to make a difference, as the Rockies put up a season-high 11 runs. With as superstitious as baseball players are, don’t be surprised to see Cuevas make this an everyday thing.
