One person was struck and seriously hurt Thursday morning in an auto-pedestrian crash.
The condition of the victim has not been released. Denver police reported the crash at 5:35 a.m. in a tweet.
Both directions of Hampden Avenue were briefly closed for a traffic investigation, but have now been reopened, according to 7News.
The TV station quotes a police officer as saying the crash happened as a man was illegally crossing Hampden.
