Only first-round linebacker Bradley Chubb and third-round tailback Royce Freeman will remained unsigned after the Broncos’ signed third-round cornerback Isaac Yiadom to his four-year contract later on Friday.
Per the NFL’s rookie wage scale, Yiadom’s contract is scheduled to be worth $3,151,557 with a signing bonus of $736,557 and a first-year salary cap figure of $664,139.
Yiadom is the eighth Broncos’ draft pick to sign.
Yiadom (6-foot-1 and 185 pounds) played 48 games for Boston College, posting 110 tackles, 26 pass break-ups and three interceptions. He played for the Broncos’ staff at the Senior Bowl.
“Isaac was a guy that got better every day (at the Senior Bowl),” Broncos coach said. “He certainly fits our profile at corner. We want long corners with long speed because we’re a press team. … He’s a smart guy and he’s going to be great on special teams.”
