Louisville arrested two men who are suspected or robbing a delivery truck with an Airsoft rifle early this morning.
The delivery driver was in the 200 block of Caledonia Street at 4 a.m. today when a man pointed a rifle toward him and demanded items from the truck, according to a news release. The driver complied and the suspect left the driver unharmed.
Using a description provided by the driver, police found and identified Henry Seth Rivera, 33, of Louisville, and arrested him.
Louisville police also arrested a second man, Matthew Moore, 24, who was in a camper in the area of the robbery and is believed to also have been involved. Police said they found an Airsoft-type rifle, narcotics and drug paraphernalia in Moore’s camper.
Rivera is facing charges of aggravated robbery, violation of a protection order, prohibited use of a weapon and drug charges including possession and paraphernalia.
