U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson will visit Aurora on Monday afternoon to tour the Village at Westerly Creek.
Secretary Carson will visit the East Kentucky Avenue apartment complex and speak with residents along with Rep. Mike Coffman (CO-6) and Aurora Mayor Bob LeGare.
The Secretary will also discuss Aurora’s Opportunity Zones, which offer businesses tax breaks to encourage investment in low-income communities.
