A 35-year-old Loveland man has been arrested for investigation of first degree murder and attempted first degree murder after allegedly shooting two men in a Loveland home late Thursday night, according to authorities.

Adrian Lee Guzman is also being held for investigation of first degree assault and possession of a handgun by a previous offender, according to a Larimer County Sheriff’s Office news release.
Larimer County deputies and Loveland police were called at 10:45 p.m. about a shooting at a residence in the 400 block of Alpine Meadows Court, the news release says.
When deputies and officers arrived, they found one dead man and a second man that had been shot, the release says.
The injured man was transported by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries, the news release says.
Authorities arrested Guzman at the scene. He was booked into jail pending possible formal charges.
