Fort Collins police have arrested a 63-year-old woman in connection with a homicide early Tuesday morning in the domestic shooting death of a man, according to police.

Nancy Baker was booked into the Larimer County jail for investigation of first degree murder and domestic violence.聽The victim’s name will not be released until his family has been notified, according to a news release from the Fort Collins Police Department.

The homicide happened on the 3000 block of Blue Leaf Court at 12:42 a.m., police said.

“We have no reason to believe there’s a threat to community safety,” Fort Collins police said early Tuesday morning in a tweet.
