Sometimes, the best part of a hike is the beer at the end.
On Saturday, hikers trekked 2 1/2 miles to a remote site for Upslope Brewing Company’s . The taproom was on a piece of private property at 9,000 feet on the top of Grand Park in Fraser. The hikers celebrated their hard work with up to four Upslope beers, including the debut of the Spruce Tip IPA.
