Denver police took a man into custody after reports that he had a gun at the Regal Cinemas Continental movie theater in the Hampden South neighborhood of Denver. The police did not find a gun or any other weapons in the man’s possession, said Denver Police Spokesman Sonny Jackson.
The theater is located at 3635 S. Monaco Parkway, just off Interstate 25.

The officers made contact with the man and took him into custody “without incident,” according to a Denver Police Department tweet.
