The north and southbound lanes of Tower Road and outbound Peña Boulevard were temporarily closed following a two-car crash Wednesday morning, according to the Denver Police Department.
All roads have now been reopened.
One of the drivers was transported to the hospital with a broken clavicle, a serious injury but one that was not life-threatening, said Doug Schepman, a Denver Police Department spokesman.
The at-fault driver will be charged with careless driving resulting in injury and failure to yield on a left turn, Schepman said.
The crash and subsequent road closure took place less than 6 miles from Denver International Airport.
