We all enjoy a good snowball fight every now and then, just not during a college football game. And the Pac-12 officials agree as the back judge alerted the referee in the second quarter of the CU Buffs game against Utah to remind fans on both sides to not to throw snowballs onto the field.
“We are going to ask the fans of both sides not to throw snowballs onto the field,” said referee Mark Duddy. “That’s dangerous for the players from both teams, please now snowballs down on the field. Thank you.”
