It’s “101 Dalmatians” in real life.

Like the animated tale in which evil coat-maker Cruella De Vil orchestrated the theft of 101 spotted puppies with two bumbling stooges, three alleged villains pulled a similar — though smaller-scale — caper in Northglenn late Thursday night, according to Cmdr. Ron Osgood of the Northglenn Police Department.
At 10:57 p.m., three men pulled a gun on a man in the 300 block of West 104th Avenue.
They took the man’s wallet and “other personal items,” according to police, then demanded Rose, the man’s pet, a corgi-border collie mix.
The three men appeared to be between 25 and 35 years of age. Two of the men — dressed all in black — were described as African American. The third suspect was a white man with short hair and a beard, according to a news release.
The suspects fled in a black Lincoln Navigator, police say.
