For over ten years, master-planned Anthem, north of Northwest Parkway along Lowell Boulevard, has had a reputation among Realtors for a visible sense of community that those amenities nurture among residents and neighborhoods. Its centerpiece is a 32,000-square-foot rec center with resort-styled pools a half mile from Lennar’s two models you’ll tour, where a full-time activities coordinator creates showplace events the earn quick friendships between residents, and get kids rapidly connected.
Now Anthem is opening Five-Star Schools, including Thunder Vista P-thru-8 on a 13-acre site a short walk from Lennar’s new models – one of them a roomy ranch, the other a big-family two-story that delivers four bedrooms plus a study, over 2,700 square feet of finished space, plus basement and 3-car tandem garage. Lennar will have Belgian waffles, coffee, hot chocolate and cider bar out in the kitchens, as well as a gourmet food truck.
Prices for Lennar in Anthem Highlands start in the $550s – a real price that can deliver a home on one of these sites with Everything’s Included features: front-and-back landscaping, air conditioning, 2-inch faux wood blinds, all kitchen appliances, a fireplace, and an impressive Home Automation package that runs lights and sound by voice command. (Lennar estimates the combined value of Everything’s Included at $35,000.)

You’ll be wowed by one of the most panoramic neighborhoods in the Denver-Boulder area – with a backdrop of the Indian Peaks behind Boulder showcased from this hillside site. Except for a couple of buyers that have gotten in early, this is the first chance not only to see the models, but to pick a plan and a lot from the 87 sites Lennar has available.
If you’re on a faster track, Lennar has homes underway now for early delivery, including a Graham ranch – like the model you’ll tour – with three bedrooms, two baths, 1,974 square feet finished, on track for an April move at $558,800. Or, a family-sized 3-bedroom, 3-1/2-bath home with loft and main-floor study, plus 3-car tandem garage that has an added gear bay for an ATV. It delivers in May, priced at $607,950.
Along with the City of Broomfield address, you’ll see the parks and trails, and how well Anthem works today in terms of connectivity, as newly arrived infrastructure along I-25 and 470 creates a kind of work-play access unlike anything in suburban Denver. Take 144th Avenue west from I-25 to Lowell, and turn north two miles to Preble Creek Pkwy, then east.
