The annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Marade (a hybrid of the words march and parade) will take place Monday. The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. and run from City Park to Civic Center Downtown Park in downtown Denver.
The Marade has run since 1986 and will honor the civil rights icon with planned speakers and a march that is set to start around 10:45 a.m.
