Metro Denver will see mostly sunny skies and balmy temperatures Saturday, while the plains get hit with some wet weather.
Highs in Denver are expected to reach 55 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. On the plains, rain showers will be decrease by the afternoon, before turning into a sleet mixture. Up to 1 inch of accumulation is expected, forecasters say.
The mountains may see scattered snow showers Saturday, with just one inch of accumulation expected.
