
As the latest adventure for Denver’s popular , sugar rush fans can get excited for three more Little Man concepts opening this spring and summer.
First, Dang Soft Serve will debut at Oneida Park at East 23rd Avenue and Oneida Street around late May. The focus here will be on soft-serve, and the space will be “modern and bright and really fun,” according to Tamburello. “We hope when people see it, their instant reaction is, ‘Dang!’” he said. ;
Around the same time, Little Man’s West Colfax Factory will open to the public, selling the brand’s traditional hand-dipped ice cream from a “fishbowl,” where customers can also watch the ice cream making process. “Every aspect of what we do […] itap all on display,” Tamburello said of the space. The factory has been producing ice cream and hosting private events since last summer. 4411 W. Colfax Ave.;
By mid-summer, Little Man will open in the Denver International Airportap C concourse, according to Tamburello. While the travel shop will have Little Man’s flair, “itap not like we’re building a can or anything,” he said.
