An at-risk woman name Diana is missing, Aurora police said Sunday night.
Diana, a 79-year-old woman who has dementia, was last seen in the 2800 block of South Vaughn Way when she went for a walk at 3 p.m., police said on Twitter.
Officials added that she was wearing a gray or white shirt and gray or white pants.
Police are asking the public to call dispatch at 303-627-3100 if anyone sees her.
