Darius Banks.Aurora police have arrested a 19-year-old man for investigation of manslaughter and attempting to influence a public servant in connection with a Sunday night shooting.
Darius Banks allegedly shot a man at 7:09 p.m., Sunday near East 13th Avenue and Newark Street, said an Aurora police news release.
The victim was discovered inside a car. He was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead, police said.
Police arrested Banks late Sunday night, the news release said.
