Three juveniles were taken into custody on Monday night after a gun was fired at Deer Creek Middle School.

No one was injured in the incident, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said. One juvenile fired at the school building, 9201 W. Columbine Drive, in the Stony Creek area.
After the three juvenile suspects were taken into custody, the sheriff’s office said there is no threat to the public.
