A man has died after being punched in a fight Saturday evening, Christine Downs, a Denver police spokeswoman, said.
The man was transported to a hospital after police responded to a disturbance at 8 p.m. in the 1900 block of South Quebec Street, the Denver Police Department said on Twitter on Monday. The man, who has not been identified, died on Sunday.
Detectives are investigating the incident as a homicide.

Police did not take anyone into custody but are in contact with people involved in the incident, Downs said. No one had been arrested in connection to the killing as of Monday morning.
There is no ongoing threat to the public, according to Denver police.
