The Broncos have gone through a lot of quarterbacks since Peyton Manning led the team to a Super Bowl 50 victory. Here’s a look at how the former Broncos fared in the first week of preseason play:

Paxton Lynch, Seattle Seahawks

Denver’s former first-round draft pick played like he had a chip on his shoulder against his old team on Thursday. Lynch completed 11 of 15 passes for 109 yards and a touchdown, and had four carries for 38 yards and another score to lead Seattle to a 22-14 win.

Case Keenum, Washington Redskins

Denver’s 2018 starter completed just 4 of 9 passes for 60 yards, but found the end zone, connecting with Robert Davis for a 46-yard touchdown in Washington’s 30-10 loss to Cleveland.

Kyle Sloter, Minnesota Vikings

The former Northern Colorado star was 6 of 7 for 62 yards, including a 2-yard touchdown pass to Khari Blasingame in the third quarter.

Trevor Siemian, New York Jets

The former seventh-round pick finished 13 of 16 for 77 yards and a 7-yard touchdown to Elijah McGuire in the second quarter of the Jets’ 31-22 loss to the Giants.

Chad Kelly, Indianapolis Colts

Kelly led all Colts quarterbacks, completing 13 of 19 passes for 121 yards. He also had four carries for 53 yards, including a 33-yard touchdown in Indianapolis’ 24-16 loss to Buffalo.

In case you’re wondering, Brock Osweiler played with Miami last season. He is currently a free agent.
