Three men suspected of beating a Walmart employee in Falcon and stealing 23 iPhones valued at $23,000 have been arrested.

The assault and robbery happened at about 8:40 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 11550 Meridian Market View, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

On Tuesday, the sheriff announced that three suspects have been arrested in the case. The suspects are identified as Fassika Kelem, 20, Edmon Wolday, 18, and Daniel Teferi, 29. They were booked into the El Paso County Jail on suspicion of robbery and felony theft, the release said.

Colorado Springs police, the Colorado State Patrol and Pikes Peak Community College police assisted the sheriff’s office in the investigation.
