The Broncos wide receiver had a huge play on the first drive of his return to the field on Monday. In the first quarter, Sanders ran 19 yards on a reverse play against San Francisco to get the Broncos to the 11-yard line.
Denver had to settle for a field goal, giving the team a 3-0 lead.
