It’s official: Monday’s Broncos game was the hottest home game on record.

With an official kickoff temperature of 95 degrees, Monday’s Broncos-49ers preseason game was the hottest home game in Bronco history. That includes preseason and regular season contests.

The previous record for hottest Bronco home game was 92 degrees, set four different times, most recently last September for a regular season contest against the Raiders.

In addition to the game record, Monday featured a record high of 99 degrees in Denver officially, breaking the old daily record of 97 degrees from 1986.
