Calhan easily defeated Dolores Huerta Prep by a score of 52-20.
Brandon Eglinton led Calhan’s passing attack with 57 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown and one interception. Eglinton also added 96 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Zach Peterson lead all Calhan receivers with one catches for 24 yards and one score.
In addition to Eglinton’s effort, Odiahus Bishop paced the Calhan ground game by running for 81 yards in the game, averaging 20.2 yards per carry.
Next up for each team, Dolores Huerta Prep will play host to Del Norte, while Calhan will travel to play Pikes Peak Christian.
